• Newsletter subscription: Your email address when you subscribe to my weekly newsletter.

• WhatsApp communication: Messages, files, or information you share with me via WhatsApp as part of the Growth Bundle service.

• Payment information: When you purchase services, your payment is processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your credit card details or full payment information on my servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

• Session content: Notes, action items, and summaries generated during our consulting sessions, including content captured by AI note-taking tools used during meetings.

 

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Wix Analytics: As this Site is hosted on Wix, certain data is collected automatically, including pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location.

• Google Analytics: I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This may involve the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

• By registering on withannisa.com — including signing up for updates, submitting a contact form, or booking a consultation — you may be subscribed to Healing Out Loud, withAnnisa's Substack publication at grow.withannisa.com, and have the right to opt out by unsubscribing. Healing Out Loud delivers weekly content on burnout recovery, career transitions, and sustainable growth. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from Substack, or by managing your subscription directly at grow.withannisa.com.

• Cookies: The Site uses cookies to enable analytics and improve your browsing experience. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

 

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the personal information I collect for the following purposes:

• To schedule sessions: Managing bookings and calendar coordination through Calendly.

• To provide ongoing support: Communicating with Growth Bundle clients via WhatsApp during weekdays.

• Analytics data: Retained according to the default retention settings of Wix Analytics and Google Analytics.

Some of the third-party services I use (such as Stripe, Calendly, and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These providers maintain appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to ensure your data is protected in accordance with GDPR requirements.

My services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
