Not at all! That's what the first conversation is for. Come as you are. The more honestly you can describe what's working and what isn't, the more useful our time together will be.
It depends on which service you've chosen. For pay-as-you-go sessions, you can book directly and we can start as soon as your slot is available, no waiting. For bundled services and fractional engagements, you will be given a Calendly link to book a discovery call immediately after your deposit or payment has been confirmed. Timelines for the fractional project scope will be agreed upon during the discovery call.
All prices are listed in USD on the Services page. Sessions start from US$149 for a 50-minute consultation, with bundles and fractional project commitments available. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, excluding VAT.
For bundle and fractional commitments, payment options can be discussed directly. Send an enquiry to grow@withannisa.com and we'll find an arrangement that works.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Please refer to the cancellation policy shared at booking confirmation, or reach out to grow@withannisa.com if you have questions.
Sessions are focused and structured around your specific challenge. Before we meet, I'll ask you to share context on what you're working on. During the session, we'll work through it together and NOT just talk about it. You'll leave with a clear action plan you can follow up on independently.
Depending on the service, you'll receive a combination of: a documented action plan, a marketing framework or roadmap, written recommendations, and/or session notes. For fractional engagements, deliverables are agreed at the start of the project.
All sessions are delivered remotely via video call. Web conferencing details are provided upon booking confirmation through Calendly.
It depends on your goals. A single 50 or 75-minute session is enough to get clarity on one focused challenge. If you're working on something with more moving parts, a launch, a career pivot, a full marketing system, a bundle or fractional engagement will give you the depth and continuity to actually build it.
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is treated with full confidentiality. I do not share client information, strategies, or details with third parties.

✅ Use the “Priority Trade-off.” Try saying: “I can do that, but it will delay [Current Project]. Which one should I prioritize?”
✅ The One-Time Hand-off. If you’re helping out of your scope, say: “I’ll do it this time to help, but let’s find a better long-term owner for this next time.”
Being “useful” is NOT your only value.
