I've been where you are. Now I'm here to help you through it.
7+ Years of Marketing Experience Across Global Brands & Markets
I've spent over 7 years in marketing and communications across global organizations, including L'Oréal, Nestlé, and AppsFlyer, working across brand strategy, B2B SaaS, social selling, community engagement, and cross-functional leadership across 12 countries and 3 continents.
But I've also worked with bootstrap-stage companies with no budget, lean teams, and no room for guesswork. That combination of enterprise rigor alongside startup resourcefulness is what shapes how I work with every client. I know how to build for different goals, different resources, and different stages. I don't apply one playbook to every situation.

How withAnnisa
Was Created
At the end of 2025, I made a deliberate decision to step back. I'd been moving fast for a long time, and I reached a point where I needed to rethink what sustainable growth actually looked like. Not just for the brands I was building, but for myself.
That pause gave me something I wouldn't trade for anything: clarity. It's also what makes me a better strategist today. I know what it costs to build something. And I care deeply about making sure the way you build it doesn't come at the expense of everything else.
Some of the most meaningful work I’ve done has been in conversations.
I’ve helped over 30 professionals globally in navigate career pivots, land roles in new countries, and find clarity when everything felt uncertain. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Watching someone go from stuck to confident is the reason I do this work.

What withAnnisa Is About
withAnnisa is built around a simple belief: good strategy should work for the person behind it, not just the business in front of it. Whether I’m helping a founder map out their go-to-market or a professional reposition their career, my approach is the same: listen first, then build something that’s clear, realistic, and sustainable.

![The workplace thrive on high-achieving people-pleasers that can’t say “no”.
Sounds bleak, I know. But it’s a common scenario that needs to be talked about more.
So this is your friendly reminder that “No” is a full sentence. Here is how to say it without feeling guilty or damaging your reputation:
✅ Pause before you react. You don’t have to say “yes” instantly to prove you’re helpful. Take a breath and check if the task actually moves your core goals.
✅ Use the “Priority Trade-off.” Try saying: “I can do that, but it will delay [Current Project]. Which one should I prioritize?”
✅ The One-Time Hand-off. If you’re helping out of your scope, say: “I’ll do it this time to help, but let’s find a better long-term owner for this next time.”
Being “useful” is NOT your only value.
Start splitting your identity from your job title. Your capacity is a limited resource, friend.
